Crypto mining and staking infrastructure provider for institutions.

One connection per mining sub-account
Each Foundry connection is tied to a named sub-account, and Bitwave displays the sub-account name on the connections page, so organizations with several mining accounts keep them distinct in the subledger.

Payouts, earnings, and worker data imported
Bitwave reads Foundry transactions, earnings, sub-account statistics, wallet addresses, and worker counts, so mining revenue and payout movements arrive in Bitwave with their supporting detail.

Revenue recognized on the day earned
Foundry pays under a full-pay-per-share model, and Bitwave can date each payout to the day the hashrate was earned rather than the payout date, aligning mining revenue with the period it belongs to.
How it works
Bitwave connects to Foundry with the sub-account's access credential and sub-account name. Bitwave validates the credential when you add it and brings the sub-account's mining activity into the subledger.
Foundry activity is imported as transactions and earnings per coin, with balances updated each time. An option lets your team recognize payouts on the day earned, which matters for period cut-offs in mining revenue.
The workflow:
- Create a Foundry access credential for the sub-account and add it in Bitwave with the sub-account name.
- Bitwave validates the credential and brings in payouts, earnings, and balances for the sub-account.
- Categorize mining revenue and payout transfers in Bitwave, one by one or with rules.
- Review balances against the exchange, then reconcile into your general ledger.

Mining revenue is earned continuously but paid out on the pool's schedule, and booking it on payout date misstates the period. Bitwave's Foundry connection imports payouts and earnings per sub-account and can date payouts to the day earned, giving your team a revenue record that follows the accounting period rather than the payout calendar.
For finance teams at mining operations, that means revenue per sub-account with supporting worker and earnings data, payout transfers categorized alongside the wallets that receive them, and balances captured for reconciliation, so mining income closes with the same discipline as trading and custody activity.
Complete. Transparent. Secure.
