Streamlined Rillet accounting with Bitwave

Rillet is the AI-native ERP for scaling companies. Automate month-end close, recognize revenue in real time, and surface SaaS metrics from your GL.

Why connect Rillet to Bitwave ?

Rillet accounts and subsidiaries in Bitwave

Bitwave reads your Rillet chart of accounts, subsidiaries, and custom fields, along with customers and vendors, so digital asset transactions are categorized with the same structure your Rillet ledger uses.

Journal entries posted to Rillet

Reconciled digital asset activity is sent to Rillet as balanced journal entries, either transaction by transaction or as rolled-up entries grouped the way your finance team configures.

Repeat pushes without duplicate entries

Each journal entry Bitwave sends carries a unique identifier, so re-running a push after a network error or partial failure does not create a second copy of the same entry in Rillet.

How it works

Bitwave connects to Rillet using an access credential generated in Rillet, which you enter once in Bitwave's general ledger connections. Bitwave also accepts Rillet sandbox credentials so you can test the flow before pointing it at production.

After connecting, Bitwave syncs your Rillet accounts, subsidiaries, custom fields, customers, vendors, and invoices, and you select the digital asset and fee accounts to use.

The workflow:

  1. Generate a Rillet access credential and connect Rillet in Bitwave.
  2. Select the digital asset account and fee account from the synced Rillet chart of accounts.
  3. Categorize digital asset transactions in Bitwave using Rillet accounts, contacts, and dimensions.
  4. Reconcile transactions or push a rolled-up journal entry report to record the results in Rillet.

Key Benefits

What makes the Bitwave integration with Rillet special ?

Digital assets generate high-volume, multi-asset detail that belongs in a subledger rather than in the general ledger. Bitwave computes cost basis, gains and losses, and wallet balances, then hands Rillet balanced journal entries in the accounts and subsidiaries you already maintain.

Because pushes are safe to repeat and can be rolled up by category, contact, asset, wallet, or subsidiary, your team controls how much detail reaches Rillet and can re-run a push safely. The outcome is a Rillet ledger that reflects reconciled digital asset activity each period without manual journal preparation.
